Accept the challenge to maintain or lose weight during a time when social distancing, working from home and sheltering in place are the norm. Register here by Monday, April 6 (Code FP-P151). Take a picture of your feet on a scale with your weight in pounds and email it to Amy at email@example.com also by Monday, April 6. Work hard to maintain your weight. Watch for motivational tips from our Parks and Recreation staff on Mondays and, on Wednesdays, look for "We’re All in this Together" activities for all ages to keep you sane on Wednesdays!

Our weight equipment includes a free weight area, along with an extensive amount of machines.
Enjoy running or walking on our Indoor Walking / Running Track, which is 1/16 of a mile long and circles above the fitness center. Strollers welcome!
