Overview

This program is designed with the hope that residents and local groups will volunteer to help keep our parks beautiful in Inver Grove Heights. It is a fun, educational and worthwhile experience that will provide your organization, civic group, church, school or family with the opportunity to make our parks even more safe and beautiful then they are today!

We currently have openings for volunteers at a number of city parks and trail segments!  If you are interested in adopting a trail or park, please call the Parks and Recreation Office at (651) 450-2585.


Get Involved
Litter is expensive and destroys the natural aesthetics of any city, no matter how beautiful the parks. This program helps reduce litter and improves the appearance of these areas. A litter free community is satisfying to its residents and is inviting to visitors and prospective new citizens and businesses. Everyone feels a sense of ownership and pride in the community.
