If you feel a department member went above and beyond your expectations we would love to hear about it, please complete the Commendation of Personnel form and return it to the Police Department.

The Inver Grove Heights Police Department seeks to ensure that department members perform their duties with professionalism.  Honest feedback is essential to maintaining a police department that is trustworthy and responsive to the community it serves.  

It is the policy of the Police Department that any person who believes a member of the Police Department has acted improperly may bring a complaint to the attention to the Chief of Police.  

If you would like to bring a compliant forward, please complete the Personnel Complaint form and return it to the Police Department.
